30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition, unused, and unworn,
- In its original packaging with tags (if applicable),
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@shopue.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at cs@shopue.com so we can assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons).
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out before making a request.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to:
- Return your current item (following our return process).
- Place a new order for the desired item.
This ensures you receive the replacement as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
